Automatic equipment is the biggest equipment used for packing with film, which shrinks when heated, in the entire range of packing equipment. Efficiency of this equipment ranges approximately to 3000-3500 pcs./min. depending on the size of the product and thickness of the film. The packing system is operational in a fully automatic mode. Moreover, it may be integrated at the end of the packing line, thus enabling packing of products which are already delivered as fully prepared for this. The length of the system is approximately 5 m. The packing system consists of two parts: the film formation and sealing part and the thermal tunnel. Any of these parts are available for purchasing separately. The film used is heat shrinkable PVC, PE, or polyolefin film The packing process is based on using film in a shape of half a sleeve.
