This equipment is almost as popular as the manual models, because the capacity of this equipment is approximately 550-600 pcs./min. depending on the size of the product and thickness of the film. This is ensured by powerful and yet cost-efficient hot air tunnel installed at the end of the equipment. The packing system consists of two parts: the film formation and sealing part and the thermal tunnel. Any of these parts are available for purchasing separately. The film used is heat shrinkable PVC, PE, or polyolefin film. The packing process is based on using film in a shape of half a sleeve. This type of equipment is mostly designed for companies with steady flows of products to be packed.
